Xavier Paoli

Xavier Paoli has extensive work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Xavier most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Mithra starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at PHARNEXT for several years, holding positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. Xavier also had a role as a Consultant at Bionest Partners and worked at companies like GlaxoSmithKline, UCB Pharma SA, Alexion Pharma Belgium, and Ethypharm. Throughout their career, Xavier has demonstrated expertise in marketing, commercialization strategy, and business development in the healthcare sector.

Xavier Paoli completed a Master's degree in Marketing Intelligence at HEC Paris from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Immunology from Université Paris Cité, studying from 2000 to 2001. Their educational background also includes a Magistère degree in Genetics and Molecular Biology from Université Paris Cité, which they pursued from 1998 to 2001.
