Senior Product Manager - Workflow Automation

Mitratech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our effort on our leading legal workflow automation solution..  You will leverage your cross-functional (Marketing, Support, Services, Sales) skills to lead teams and ensure we build the right offerings to drive customer retention and win new logos.  Even better, you will be challenged and you will grow at Mitratech.

You will be asked to draw upon Agile and project management skills to increase the effectiveness of engineering execution and drive scale. Working with our team requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical skills demonstrated through your comfort to switch between exchanging detailed communications with engineering, summarizing business value to executives and being responsive to clients / prospects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute an integrated product strategy 
  • Define milestones (with details that others can follow) to achieve a roadmap
  • Partner with peer product managers to execute a roadmap
  • Drive conversations with multiple stakeholders to logical agreement around product direction, messaging, positioning and go to market strategies
  • Develop strategies for clients where there is a mix of deployment approaches (on-premise, hosted, SaaS)
  • Present / demo / influence customers, prospects, peers and leadership in the product roadmap decisions
  • Develop product / project metrics and a means to measure success from a financial & end user traction / engagement POV
  • Partner with Technical Project Managers and UI/UX leads to lead development teams on execution of priorities

Requirements & Skills:

  • At least 6 - 8 years product management experience (B2B preferred)
  • Track record of successfully developing & launching products within the Fortune 1000
  • Understand how to drive team (engineering, cross-functional) success in a remote-first & internationally diverse (global time-zones) environment
  • Understand the economics of product(s)
  • Strong project management skills;  document, socialize & archive product artifacts
  • Ability to communicate across functional teams with different “languages” (Engineering, Sales, Services, etc)
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered discovery and production definition experience
  • Knowledge of corporate legal software / workflow automation solutions (not mandatory)
  • Exposure to integrating acquired product lines into a business and developing strategies for them to align (not mandatory)
  • Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint and Aha! (not mandatory)
  • Experience with platform product management, prioritization and organizational alignment of multiple teams working together (not mandatory)

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities– This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $130,000 – $150,000 Annually US
