Jim st Jacques

Jim St Jacques has had a diverse range of work experience. Jim most recently worked as the Vice President of Global Support at Mitratech. Before that, they served as the Managing Director of Mango Tango Asian Bistro & Bar, where they were responsible for overall operations, marketing, and event planning. Jim also held the position of Head of Customer Support at Zello and Head of Support and Services - Innography at CPA Global. Jim has experience as a business owner at Florence Donuts and has held leadership positions at The Advisory Board Company, Accruent, and Champa's, LLC. At Dresser Wayne, Jim had multiple roles focused on NOC software and infrastructure. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and employee retention.

Jim St Jacques attended St. Edward's University where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management. Jim then pursued a Master's degree in Business (MBA) from Aspen University. Prior to that, Jim also completed an Associate degree in Electronics from Austin Community College.
