Roman Brozyna

Roman Brozyna is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as Chief Engineer of InfoSec Operations at MITRE since July 2023. Prior to this role, Roman held the position of Head of Security at Commure from September 2020 to July 2023 and was an Advisory Board Member at Randori from March 2018 to January 2021, providing strategic guidance on product and corporate development. Roman served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Carbon Black from August 2015 to September 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing security governance and operational services. Additionally, Roman was the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for Carbon Black Federal and held advisory roles at Simon Data and Draper Laboratory, the latter as Director of Information Security. Roman's extensive background also includes positions at CIT as VP of Threat and Vulnerability Management and the Federal Reserve System as a Senior Information Security Engineer. Roman holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
