Stuart Williams

Stuart Williams, D.Sc., currently serves as Principal for Health Innovation at MITRE, where leadership and advisement focus on critical health innovation initiatives, including partnership with federal entities to combat COVID-19. Previously, Stuart held the position of Chief Technologist, ensuring the implementation of innovative strategies to address government challenges, and led various strategic projects related to healthcare governance. Prior experience includes roles at eGlobalTech as Program Manager, at G.1440 as Sr. Project Manager for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, and as Sr. Functional Manager at NIH, among others. Stuart's academic credentials include a Doctor of Science in Information Systems and Communication from Robert Morris University, a Master of Science in Information Systems from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
