Sharini Dissanayake, MBA/EIT, currently serves as a Systems Study Engineer at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., focusing on Generation Interconnection projects for PJM Interconnection. Previously, Sharini held roles at Exelon, including Senior Engineer in Transmission Planning, where responsibilities encompassed technical studies and system upgrades to enhance reliability. During tenure at PECO, significant contributions included analyzing customer interruption data, managing preventive maintenance programs, and mentoring co-ops and interns. Additional experience spans positions in electrical and instrumentation engineering, compliance consulting, and research, supported by degrees from Villanova School of Business and Drexel University, including a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
