Rena Baydoun

Rena Baydoun has four years of professional experience. Rena began their career in 2017 as a Case Management Specialist at Swanson Center Mental Health Facility. In 2018, they joined Cater2.me as an HR Generalist/Recruiter and was later promoted to Senior Recruiter and then Recruiter. In 2021, they began working at Augury as a People Operations Associate and also at Mixbook as a People Operations Generalist.

Rena Baydoun obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Minor in Interpersonal Communications from Indiana University South Bend in 2017. In the same year, they also obtained certifications in Positive Psychology Coaching from the Whole Being Institute, the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) Assessment from the PRAED FOUNDATION, and the Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment (ANSA) from the PRAED FOUNDATION.
