Owen Williams

Owen Williams is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Grafana Labs working on monitoring and observability backend in Go. Previously, Owen has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Google on Big Data Go pipeline for Google Search Ranking backend and has experience in video editing, color grading, and online editing in various roles and companies, including Co-Founder/Colorist at Locomotive LLC and Owner/Online Editor/Colorist at Rockhopper Post Production. Owen also has experience as a Primary Contributor and Community Manager for Mixxx DJ, an open source DJ application. With a BS in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Owen also worked as a Web Developer at MIT Program in Science, Technology, and Society.
