Mitch Billek

Mitch Billek has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mitch most recently worked at MIzuho Securities USA as a Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they were responsible for managing all accounting groups and coordinating audits by various regulatory bodies and audit firms. Prior to this, Mitch held the position of Managing Director & Controller at MIzuho Securities USA, where they oversaw accounting functions such as product control, regulatory reporting, financial reporting, and Japanese reporting. Before joining MIzuho Securities USA, Mitch worked as a Financial Reporting Consultant at Dexia and Nomura Securities. Mitch also served as Director of Financial Reporting at Barclays Capital. Earlier in their career, Mitch worked at BMO Capital Markets as the NY Capital Markets CFO, at Deutsche Bank as a Director, at Lehman Brothers as a Vice President, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager.

Mitch Billek received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at Rutgers University from 1988 to 1993.
