Shirley Louie

Shirley Louie is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Executive Director and Counsel at Mizuho since January 2022. Prior to this role, Shirley held the position of Associate General Counsel at Citi for six months in 2021 and spent a significant tenure at BNP Paribas from September 2011 to July 2021, where Shirley progressed from Vice President in the Legal Department of Corporate Banking to Director and Senior Counsel. Shirley's earlier career included associate roles at Reed Smith LLP, Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP, and McGuireWoods LLP. Shirley obtained a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a foundational education at Horace Mann School.
