Kasper Hansen started their work experience as a Lærling at Nakskov Sukkerfabrik in 1990 and continued until 1993. Kasper then worked as a Technical Manager at Jymika A/S from April 1997 to December 2006. In 2007, they became a Project Manager at M&J Industries A/S until October 2009. Kasper joined Metso in 2009 and held various roles, including Quality Manager from November 2009 to December 2010, Sourcing Manager from January 2011 to September 2014, and finally Head of Global Supply Chain from October 2014 to December 2021. Currently, Kasper Hansen is the Head of Global Supply Chain at M&J Recycling, where they have been since December 2021. Additionally, they served as the Chairman Of The Board at Pestibus from October 2019 to October 2020.

Kasper Hansen's education history includes completing a Leadership Journey program at Talentmiles in 2018, a Communication training program at Leadership Lighthouse in 2017, and participating in Internal Metso Training Programs from 2013 to 2016, focusing on Leadership Essential and 360 degree skills. Kasper also attended internal Metso Training Programs from 2011 to 2014, specializing in Contracts and supplier management.
