Rafael Pereira

Rafael Pereira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Rafael began their career as a Student Residence Coordinator at King George International Inc. in 2010, where they organized events and managed student residences. Rafael then worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at IAESTE in Beijing, China, where they developed customer HR plans. Rafael also served as a Talent Management Coordinator at AIESEC, providing training and coaching to members. Rafael gained experience as a Human Resources Trainee at Sanofi, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection. Rafael later worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Headhunter at Michael Page, providing technical advice and support to customers. Rafael then joined People Oriented Consultoria as a Recruitment Specialist, focusing on executive search consulting. Currently, they are with MJV Technology & Innovation, where they have held roles as International Tech Recruiter + HR Projects, People Team Leader, and currently as Head of People.

Rafael Pereira holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ibmec (2021-2023). Rafael also completed the MBA Consultancy Program in Business Administration and Management at Indiana University Bloomington (2023). Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Business and Knowledge Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2017-2018). Rafael holds a Certificate in Chinese and International Business from the University of International Business and Economics (2012), and a Curso de Curta Duração in International Business Management from King George International College (2010). Rafael also completed an MBA in Strategic Management of People from Universidade Tiradentes-Unit (2008-2009) and earned an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the same university (2006-2008). Rafael studied Economics at Universidade Federal de Sergipe (2007-present). Rafael has also completed extension courses in Business and Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2011-2012). Additionally, they have certifications in Comunicação não Violenta (CNV) from Descola (2019), Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org (2019), and Practitioner em Programação Neurolinguística | PNL from INAp - Instituto de Neurolinguística Aplicada (2019).
