Jahandar Gasimov

Jahandar Gasimov has a diverse work experience in procurement and purchasing roles. Jahandar started their career as a Procurement Specialist at Debet Uniform in 2014 and then moved on to Coca-Cola İçecek as a Purchasing Specialist in 2015. At Coca-Cola İçecek, they were responsible for procuring equipment, supplies, and spare parts, as well as managing vendor relationships and overseeing construction projects.

In 2016, Gasimov joined Gilan Agricultural Group as a Procurement Specialist and later became a Senior Procurement Specialist. During their time at Gilan Agricultural Group, they played a key role in procurement processes and contributed to the smooth workflow of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly purchasing functions.

Gasimov then joined MKT Cotton LLC as a Senior Procurement Specialist and eventually became the Chief Procurement Specialist. In this role, they led the procurement team and oversaw sourcing and procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Jahandar also conducted high-value tenders, negotiated contracts, and developed new procurement modules within the company.

Lastly, Gasimov currently holds the position of Head of Procurement at MINGACHEVIR TEXTILE, where they continue to lead procurement initiatives and contribute to the organization's success in sourcing and procuring goods and services.

Jahandar Gasimov obtained a Master's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, and Accounting from Newcastle University between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance at Qafqaz Universiteti from 2009 to 2012. In 2008, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economical Cybernetics at Baku State University.
