Penny Henderson

Penny Henderson is currently the Manager of Talent Acquisition at MLC Life Insurance. Prior to their current role, Penny held positions as a Talent Acquisition Manager at ME Bank and a Senior Regional Talent Advisor at Randstad Sourceright. With a background in human resources and psychology, Penny has also worked in talent and recruitment roles at companies such as News Corp Australia and Orica. Penny holds a degree in Arts/Commerce with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, and Sociology from Deakin University.
