Nyrissa Filetti

Nyrissa Filetti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people and culture, learning and development, and organisational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at MLC School Sydney since November 2021, Nyrissa previously held significant roles such as Learning & Development Business Partner at Macquarie Group and Acting Manager of People & Culture at Sutherland Shire Council. With a strong background that includes leadership positions at IAG, Wesfarmers Insurance, and Deloitte, Nyrissa has consistently demonstrated expertise in developing competency frameworks, managing learning strategies, and implementing people and culture initiatives across various sectors. Nyrissa's educational credentials include an Advanced Diploma in Project Management, Cert IV in Training and Assessment, and a degree in Psychology from the University of Wollongong, along with ongoing certifications in project management and eLearning.
