Tanja Raanti

Tanja Raanti currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at MM Kotkamills since May 2022. Prior to this role, Tanja held various positions at Fortum Power and Heat Oy from July 2015 to May 2022, including Manager of Employee Relations and Labor Relations Expert. Tanja's earlier experience includes working as a Senior HR Consultant at Adecco Finland Oy and as an HR Consultant at Opteam. Tanja began a career in hospitality as a Restaurant Manager at Avainhotellit / Hotelli Sommelo. Tanja holds a degree in Restonomi AMK focused on Nature and Leisure Tourism from Lahden Ammattikorkeakoulu / Fellmanni Instituutti, and completed studies at Kouvolan Lyseon Lukio.
