Kamal Malik

Kamal Malik is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in wine and beverage management. Currently serving as Sales Manager and Key Account Manager at MMI - Maritime and Mercantile International since April 2017, Kamal oversees key wine-focused resort accounts and conducts training for food and beverage teams. Previous roles include Head Sommelier at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, where Kamal managed a comprehensive wine program, and Sommelier positions at notable resorts such as Waldorf Astoria Maldives and Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Maldives. Kamal holds multiple industry-related qualifications, including a Diploma in Wines and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and an Advanced Level in Wines from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
