Damien Pruneau has extensive experience in sensory research and consumer insights. Damien is currently the Global Head of Sensory Client Managed Panels at MMR Research. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Sensory and Consumer Expert at Cargill Cocoa and Chocolate. Damien also held positions as a Consumer Sensory Insights Senior Manager at Givaudan and as a Consumer Science Principal scientist and team leader at Mondelēz International. Damien Pruneau has also worked as a Senior Consumer Scientist at the Queensland Government, a Sensory Manager at PepsiCo, and a Sensory Scientist at GlaxoSmithKline.

Damien Pruneau obtained a Master's degree in Consumer Insight and Sensory Science from Université de Tours, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007.
