Lisdalia Jose has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisdalia has held various roles in different organizations, showcasing their expertise in HR management, research, and language teaching.
Lisdalia started their professional career as a Language Teacher at a Secondary School in 1999. Lisdalia then moved on to work as a Language Teacher at an International Language School from 2000 to 2001.
In 2001, Lisdalia worked as a Private French Tutor for a brief period before joining Morgans Research as a Research Executive in 2002. Lisdalia also held the same position at Frost & Sullivan from 2002 to 2003.
Lisdalia then transitioned to a Recruitment Administrator role at Frost & Sullivan from early 2004 to late 2004, followed by an HR Officer position until mid-2005. Lisdalia continued their HR career at NTT Com Security, first as an HR Officer from May 2005 to October 2005.
From November 2005 to February 2012, Lisdalia worked as an HR Manager at NTT Com Security, showcasing their growth in the company. Lisdalia then progressed to become a Global HR Manager from March 2012 to May 2016.
Lastly, Lisdalia joined MMR Research Worldwide in May 2016 as a Global HR Manager, displaying their skills and knowledge in global HR management. Eventually, they were promoted to the role of Global HR Director in January 2021, where they currently serve.
