Kay Attard

Kay Attard has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR at MNDAssociation since February 1997. In this role, Kay collaborates with the Director of People and Organisation Development to manage the HR strategy, oversee HR operations, and implement organization-wide policies and programs focused on cultural and change management. Prior to this position, Kay worked as the Directorate Personnel Manager at Northampton Borough Council from January 1980 to June 1997, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for the contracting arm of the Borough.
