Sean Thomas CSM, CSPO is an experienced Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst with a focus on Agile methodologies and software development. Currently at Mobile Heartbeat since April 2019, Sean manages two teams under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), overseeing all aspects of Scrum while coordinating program increment planning and feature prioritization. Prior roles include Senior Business Analyst at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, Senior Advisor Program Management at Dell EMC, and Principal Business System Analyst at State Street, among others. Sean has a strong background in business requirements gathering, process documentation, and effective collaboration across various teams. Education includes a B.S. in Business Administration from Rockford University.
