Gaurav Kriplani

Gaurav Kriplani has a diverse work experience across various organizations. Gaurav is currently working at Mobile Premier League (MPL) as the Head of People. Prior to MPL, they worked at McKinsey & Company for six years, where they held multiple roles including Organization Expert (Engagement Manager) and Organization Solutions Specialist. Before that, Gaurav worked at Kotak Mahindra Bank (Erstwhile ING Vysya Bank) as a Regional HR Partner (North) for Retail Banking, and at ICICI Bank as a Sourcing & Recruitment Manager. Gaurav also has experience as a Summer Intern at Firstsource Solutions Ltd., where they were involved in designing exercises for the Assessment Center.

Gaurav Kriplani completed their education in a chronological order. Gaurav first attended Bal Bharati Public School, Pitampura from 1993 to 2007, where they completed their High School education. After that, from 2007 to 2010, they pursued a B.A. (Hons.) degree in English from Delhi University. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they attended International Management Institute - IMI, where they obtained a PGDM in HR.
