Tony Blackburn

Tony Blackburn has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tony is currently the CTO at Mobilus Labs, where they lead a team of engineers in developing patented technology for clear voice communications in noisy and dangerous environments. Prior to this, Tony worked at Amazon, where they held roles as a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture and Principal Solutions Architect for Alexa. At Vox Generation, they served as the Head of Operations, Development Manager, and Senior Developer & Software Architect. Tony also worked as a Technical Architect and lead at Razorfish and as a Senior Analyst Programmer at Conduit Communications. Before that, Tony worked at Texaco UK Ltd and British Steel Research Labs as a Senior Analyst Programmer and Analyst Programmer, respectively.

Tony Blackburn completed their education at the University of Southampton from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Maths with Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained HSK-2 Chinese proficiency from HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) in November 2019, HSK-1 Chinese proficiency in June 2019, Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2007, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2020.
