Udeshika Madushani

Udeshika Madushani is a professional in human resources with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive at Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd since July 2022, Udeshika previously held roles as an Executive and Junior HR Executive at Sunshine Consumer Lanka Ltd and as an HR Assistant at Sunshine Holdings PLC. Beginning a career as an HR Intern at PGP Glass Pvt. Ltd., Udeshika has consistently contributed to payroll processing, salary adjustments, and manpower analysis throughout various positions. Udeshika holds a B.Sc. in Human Resources (Special) Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is pursuing an MBA at the Postgraduate Institute of Management, expected to complete in December 2025. Additional educational qualifications include an IABF from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka and Executive Level certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
