As Specialist, Paid Socialyou will be in a key role managing paid social campaigns and execution.
Success in this role will be determined by your ability to move the organization forward through improved operational processes, accuracy/efficiency in completing deliverables, quick responses to client requests and a natural curiosity to learn more and grow in the organization.

Responsibilities in Paid Social
Manage day-to-day paid social campaigns and optimization to achieve client goals, including:
- Formulate paid social strategy for client businesses and ensure that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client objectives
- Build and optimize paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization and campaign set up, implementation and management
- Write ad copy, develop audience strategies and manage bidding/optimization
- Support the Paid Social Lead with the day-to-day management of campaigns, reporting and related tasks
- Ongoing use of reporting, analytics and trend tools for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and optimization
- Work closely with third party vendors such as Facebook to ensure implementation of recommendations and follow best practices for processes
- Manage creative projects with our internal team or the client and keep track of deadlines, feedback and other vital project details
- Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce innovative approaches that will contribute to Mod Op’s success
