Niccoli Hersey

Niccoli Hersey has a strong background in technical project management, with experience in various roles and companies throughout their career. Niccoli began their career at Community West Bank, where they served as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Funder. Niccoli then moved on to Prospect Mortgage, LLC, where they continued their work as a Senior Funder. Niccoli later joined Creative Wealth as an Event Manager and Executive Assistant.

In 2009, they transitioned to Burnside Digital (formerly known as ELC Technologies) as a Software Project Manager and later took on the role of Executive Assistant. Niccoli then co-founded EyeCue Lab and served as their Co-Founder and Software Project Manager for three years.

In 2015, Niccoli joined Copious as a Senior Technical Project Manager, and the following year, they joined OMBU as a Product Owner. Niccoli'smost recent position was at Mod Op, where they served as a Senior Technical Project Manager and was later promoted to Director of Technical Project Management.

Niccoli has demonstrated their expertise in technical project management throughout their career, consistently taking on leadership roles and delivering successful outcomes for their employers.

Niccoli Hersey's education history includes various programs and institutions. In 2006, Niccoli attended Santa Barbara City College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. They later enrolled in Women's Economic Ventures (WEV) in 2008 to study Business. Niccoli's education journey also involved attending Epicodus, where they studied Full Stack Web Development until 2013.
