Paul Ramsey

Paul Ramsey has a diverse work experience in the engineering and project management fields. Paul started their career as a Laboratory Assistant at Haynes Coastal Engineering Laboratory in 2010. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as an Assistant Project Engineer at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation. In 2015, they joined Oiltanking as a Senior Project Engineer and also took on the role of Project Manager at Advario. In 2021, they transitioned to Oiltanking North America and continued as a Project Manager until 2022. Most recently, they joined Moda Midstream as the Director of Engineering in July 2022.

Paul Ramsey attended Texas A&M University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Ocean Engineering. In addition to their degree, Paul has obtained the USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are not mentioned.
