Joshua Shea

Joshua Shea's work experience includes various roles at Modern Business Associates (MBA) and being a student at St. Petersburg High School.

At MBA, Joshua started as a Production Associate in March 2012 and worked until May 2013. Joshua then became an ACH / Invoicing Specialist from May 2013 to June 2014. Following that, they served as a Payroll Specialist from June 2014 to July 2015. Joshua then took on the role of Payroll Team Lead from June 2015 to December 2016, where they oversaw a six-person payroll team and worked on large-scale multi-state payroll processing. From December 2016 to February 2022, they were a Payroll Supervisor, responsible for mid-level management and working with upper-level management to address payroll department issues. In February 2022, Joshua became the Director of Payroll until September 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Client Experience.

Prior to their employment at MBA, Joshua attended St. Petersburg High School as a student from 1997 to 2000.

Joshua Shea attended St. Petersburg High School from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Diploma with a field of study in General Studies. Following high school, from 2000 to 2003, they attended St. Petersburg College, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their educational background, Joshua obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Payroll from the American Payroll Association in October 2015.
