Kristine has worked with global industry leaders, including CEOs, Senior Executives and Directors in the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Her differentiation lies in helping organizations create a competitive advantage in the marketplace by enhancing their DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) efforts. Her approach combines inclusive culture building with executive coaching support for under-represented talent.
Expertise in DEI leadership development content, instructional design, group facilitation and executive coaching have enabled her to lead several large global training initiatives for fortune 100 & 500 companies. While Kristine works with people of all backgrounds, she specializes in the advancement of diverse professionals and women to all levels of leadership. As a bicultural, bilingual (Spanish/English) Latina professional herself, Kristine knows first-hand the importance of embracing who you are and learning how to see one’s difference as an asset.
Kristine’s previous work experiences include working for 2 small private leadership firms and one large public firm. She has also held management positions at General Motors and M&T Bank and taught Spanish language and literature while serving as world languages department dean. In addition to being a DEI partner at Modern, Kristine runs her own coaching practice, The Confidence Network and serves as a mentor coach for the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Kristine holds an MEd from SUNY Buffalo and 24 graduate hours from La Universidad de Salamanca in Spain, along with a BA in International Business and Spanish language from Canisius College.
