Monika T. is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and recruiting, currently serving as a DE&I Partner and Recruiter at momox since November 2021. Previously, Monika worked as a consultant for the "Pakt für berufliche Weiterbildung 4.0" project at Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw) gGmbH, providing guidance in professional training. Additional experience includes roles focused on language acquisition and multilingualism as a research assistant, and project involvement in employer branding initiatives for the public sector in Thüringen.
