Jacqueline Carpenter

Jacqueline Carpenter is currently the Director of Assessment Design at Modern Hire. Prior to this role, Jacqueline worked at Shaker International as a Managing Associate and Senior Associate for their Virtual Job Tryout platform. Jacqueline started their career at Shaker as an intern. Before Shaker, Jacqueline was a Head Teaching Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Psychology at The University of Akron. Jacqueline also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Ticonderoga Federal Credit Union. Jacqueline holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron, along with a Master's degree in the same field and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Elmira College.
