Matthew Diaz

Matthew Diaz has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being a Senior Research Associate I at Modern Meadow starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Analytical Research Associate II from April 2022 to March 2023, as a Research Associate I from January 2021 to April 2022, and as a Research Associate from November 2019 to January 2021. Matthew began their career as a Research Assistant at Modern Meadow in July 2019 and left in November 2019.

In addition to their research roles, Matthew also has experience in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police officer. Matthew served in this role from August 2009 to June 2014, performing various law enforcement and security duties, including foot and motorized patrol, traffic control, crime prevention, forensic work, and communication dispatch.

Matthew Diaz completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology at Kean University from 2014 to 2019. Matthew then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biotechnology with a specialization in Analytical Chemistry from Kean University, which they completed from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their academic pursuits, in December 2018, Matthew obtained the certification as an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) from the APA Emergency Care and Safety Institute.
