OVERVIEW

Our Revenue Operations team plays a crucial role in supporting our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and maintain operational excellence. We are looking for a seasoned systems administrator and revenue operations professional to join our team and take ownership of our suite of go-to-market (GTM) technologies. The Revenue Operations team serves as the operating center of our GTM work. The revenue operations team reports to our COO and is a thought partner to the GTM leadership group. In this role, you will support all GTM teams through running and connecting our systems and driving insights from data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive towards a vision for a streamlined, best-in-class sales and GTM tool architecture and proactively recommend and implement operational improvements
  • Own and manage our marketing technology suite, including from website optimization, our CMS, Hubspot, and many other tools
  • Own and manage our Salesforce instance, providing day-to-day support and ensuring optimal performance, functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure seamless integration, operation, and optimization of key tools into Salesforce, including Hubspot, Gong, LeanData, and more
  • Manage Salesforce objects and complex workflows, including sales territory assignments, lead/contact routing, and extensive Salesforce Campaign management
  • Manage and maintain GTM production data tables in our warehouse to support downstream reporting in Looker
  • Drive technically and operationally complex projects with precision and efficiency, while managing stakeholders across the GTM team

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Administration, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning and managing sales & marketing tools and integrations Excellent problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and a bias towards action.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, strong communication skills, and demonstrated track record driving complex projects to completion.
  • BA/BS required.
  • Experience in managing transform layer production data tables in DBT is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL

WEEK BY WEEK

During your first week you will:

  • Meet with colleagues, managers, and key stakeholders to understand how go to market operates at Modern Treasury
  • Get an overview of our systems, applications, and data infrastructure.
  • Get to know our products in depth.Moving money is complex, and our infrastructure is endlessly interesting! Go deep on how our customers use our platform.

During your first six weeks you will:

  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all systems. Partner with engineering, finance, sales, marketing, and IT to drive alignment of our GTM data.
  • Support the organization’s decision-making processes by delivering your first analytical investigations.
  • Dig and troubleshoot your first interesting, thorny systems challenge. In the process both fix the problem and share your learning with the broader GTM leadership team.

During your first six months you will:

  • Assist in driving the GTM rhythm of our business through systems excellence and clear, insightful reporting
  • Identify places for improvement in data, process and operations, then drive those changes in partnership with the rest of the revenue operations team
  • Build dashboards that are used by leadership on a daily and weekly basis
  • Partner with finance through a planning cycle
