Andrew Dobos

Andrew Dobos is currently the VP of Organization and Talent Development at Moderna Therapeutics. Andrew has extensive experience in HR transformation, organization design, change management, performance management, and communication.

Before joining Moderna Therapeutics, they were a Senior Manager at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where they oversaw a global HR transformation that was underway to support the company's rapid growth. Additionally, they were responsible for change management strategy development, stakeholder management, performance management process design, and communication deliverables.

Previously, Andrew was with Willis Towers Watson where they served as a Talent Management and Change Leader in their Talent & Rewards business. In this role, they supported clients across a broad spectrum of HR and talent management needs and served as a strategic advisory and delivery leader. Some of their notable project experiences include directing integrated change and project management efforts for a multi-year HR transformation program within a multinational high tech organization and leading an organization redesign, leadership development, and change management effort for a regional New England health system.

Andrew has been a featured speaker with a number of clients and client organizations on the topics of Talent Management Trends, Future of Work, Change Management, and Leadership Development.

Andrew Dobos has a BA in Scientific and Technical Communication from Michigan Technological University. Andrew also has a degree in Journalism from the same school.
