Joseph Neal

Joseph Neal serves as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain Planning at Moderna since June 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Vice President for Central Lab Services at Precision For Medicine, overseeing global operations, supply chain, and logistics. Joseph has extensive supply chain experience from NOVAVAX INC as Senior Director, managing planning and strategy for the COVID-19 vaccine across a network of more than 20 sites. Joseph's earlier tenure at AstraZeneca included positions as Director of Supply Chain and Manager of Operations Strategy, focusing on new product launches and operational analytics. Joseph began a career in the pharmaceutical industry at Janssen, Elan, and Pfizer in various engineering and scientific roles. Joseph holds an MBA from The Wharton School and multiple degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University.
