Pamela has experience in conducting feasibility studies, providing financial planning and management advice, and researching university-business collaborations. pamela has also worked with the World Bank and managed projects related to higher education finance and accessibility. Pamela holds a MPIA degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
