Shaun Ryan

Shaun Ryan has extensive legal experience, serving as SVP & Deputy General Counsel at Moderna. Prior to that, Shaun worked at Goodwin Procter LLP as Counsel, representing pharmaceutical and technology companies. Shaun also served as an Associate at Bingham McCutchen, focusing on corporate transactions and intellectual property. Shaun holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
