Isela Jimenez Nejbauer, SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR has an extensive work history in human resources. Isela Jimenez currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Modivcare since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Sr Director, HR Business Partner at Modivcare from September 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Modivcare, Isela was the Director of Human Resources at Modivcare from March 2021 to September 2021.

Previously, Isela held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at South Metro Fire Rescue from 2018 to 2021.
