Cesar Covarrubias

Cesar Covarrubias has a diverse work experience in the fields of talent acquisition, sales and marketing, human resources, and team management. Cesar currently works as a Global Talent Acquisition IT Recruiter at ModSquad, where they successfully filled 300 positions within the first three months of their hire.
