Azuwuike H. Ndukwu

Azuwuike H. Ndukwu has a substantial and diverse work experience spanning over multiple decades. Azuwuike H. began their career as a Judicial Law Clerk in the State of Connecticut Judiciary Department from 1985 to 1987. Azuwuike H. then moved on to work as a Vice President and General Counsel & Secretary at Standish American Capital Corporation from 1987 to 1990.

Following this, Ndukwu held various roles at Carrier Corporation, including Vice President of Legal Affairs & Business Development, Latin American Operations from 1993 to 1999, Vice President Strategic Planning from 1999 to 2002, and Vice President Legal Affairs & Strategic Planning, Asia Pacific from 2002 to 2006.

In 2006, they joined Carrier Corporation as the Deputy General Counsel until 2009. Azuwuike H. then transitioned to Algeco Scotsman Group, where they currently hold the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary since May 2011.
