Norberto Herz

Norberto Herz has a long history of work experience in the technology industry. Norberto began their career in 2002 as a Software Developer for VlagUSA. In 2003, they moved to Digbang as a Software Developer. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Reserv IT Solutions as a Team Lead/IT Architect and Senior Software Developer. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at IBM Global Business Services as a Project Manager and IT Architect. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at MuleSoft Inc as an Engineering Project Manager. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Medallia as a Sr. Engineering Manager. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Avature as a Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Personal Pay as Chief Technology Officer. Currently, they are Co-Founder & CTO at Mofiler since 2022.

Norberto Herz obtained their Bachelor of Informatics in Information Technology from Escuelas Técnica ORT between 1996 and 2000. Prior to that, they attended Instituto Megly between 1988 and 1995, where they obtained an Elementary degree. Norberto is currently enrolled at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. In addition to their formal education, Norberto Herz has obtained three certifications: a "shaping-up-with-angular-js" certification from Code School in January 2014, a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in September 2013, and a Project Manager Expert certification from UTN Buenos Aires in August 2012.
