Data Engineer Lead at Mofiler

Francisco Laborda Luzuriaga has worked in various positions since 2001. Francisco began their career as a Jefe de Contenidos for Fundacion Desarrollar in 2001. From 2004 to 2007, they served as a Webmaster en Asociacion Conciencia, where they were responsible for content creation and generating newsletters. In 2007, they became the Tech area coordinator for Fundación Pescar Argentina, where they designed and developed technological projects, websites, and transactional systems. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Data Analysis and data visualization specialist for Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC), where they developed data visualizations, managed an open data platform, and worked on business intelligence and data management. In 2019, they became a Data Engineer for Close-Up International and a Senior Data Engineer for Digitas Argentina. Currently, they are a Data Engineer Lead for both Multiplica and Mofiler.

Francisco Laborda Luzuriaga has a diverse educational background. Francisco attended Los Robles from 1991 to 2001, followed by the University of Buenos Aires from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Degree in Sociology. In 2019, they obtained the certification "Containers en Docker" from Udemy. In 2015, they obtained the certification "Asociado en Gestión de Proyectos de Desarrollo PM4R" from the Interamerican-American Development Bank (IADB). In 2018, they began their Master in Data Mining and Knowledge Managment at Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, which they completed in 2020. Francisco then began their Postgraduate in Applied Big Data Architectures at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in 2020, which they are currently pursuing. In 2020, they obtained the certification "Apache Spark with Scala - Hands On with Big Data!" from Udemy, and the certification "Spark and Python for Big Data with Pyspark" from Udemy in January of the same year. In November 2021, they obtained the certification "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner" from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Francisco is also pursuing a certification in Full Stack Developer from UTN Buenos Aires.
