Fariji Mlay

Fariji Mlay is currently working as an Executive Assistant Operations at MeTL Group. Prior to this role, Fariji was a Community Development Volunteer at OCODE and a Diploma Student at HALD INTERNASJONALE SKOLE AS. Fariji also has experience working at Kilombero Sugar as a Production Team Member and Planning Intern. With a Bachelor of Science in Production and Operations Management from Chuo Kikuu Mzumbe, Fariji has gained knowledge and skills in various areas such as culture, Christian faith, and development cooperation work. Fariji has the ability to work in an international environment and build relations across cultures.
