Between the years 2009 and 2013, Milenka attended the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, where they obtained a Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas (Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration) with a specialization in Marketing.

In 2015, Milenka briefly attended Instituto Atenea and earned a Tecnico Superior (Technical Diploma) in Diseño gráfico (Graphic Design).

During the same time period as their first degree, from 2009 to 2013, they also pursued a degree called "Plan de Negocio" (Business Plan) at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, focusing on Adminsitración y gestión de empresas (Business Administration and Management) in general.

In 2018, Milenka enrolled in Universidad Católica Boliviana and completed a Diplomatura (Diploma) in Formación Docente para la Educación Superior (Teacher Training for Higher Education).

Milenka further enhanced their skills and knowledge by completing the ISO 27001:2013 INTERNAL AUDITOR COURSE from Advisera Expert Solutions Lt in the year 2020.

Additionally, Milenka has obtained several certifications in related fields. In January 2020, they became an ISO 27001 Auditor, after completing a course at Advisera Expert Solutions Ltd.
