IT SOURCER/TALENTOPS 

Remote position available for residents in Latin America only.

We are a leading software provider of Item Chain Management solutions to consumer brand, retail, and industrial enterprises around the globe. We also provide development services and support to third-party customers across the globe. 

We are looking for a skilled IT Sourcer and Talent Operations Specialist to support our recruitment efforts and optimize talent operations within our IT department. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sourcing and talent operations, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies. This role will be responsible for sourcing top IT talent, managing recruitment operations, and implementing best practices to streamline the hiring process.

Team members must be comfortable working virtually as part of one or more customer engagements, with customers located in multiple geographies, and be willing to adjust schedules to meet the specific project's needs.

Position Location - Latam (Remote, long-term contract, and full-time position)

Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/West Coast time zones.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Following up with the interviewers to get feedback after test Gorilla and/or technical interview

  • Creating or improving the candidate´s CV to be presented to clients

  • Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment software to track candidate data, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop talent ops strategies to help the hiring process run smoothly.

  • IT sourcing and recruiting across Latam countries

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels,  including online sourcing, networking, and social media, to identify and attract qualified IT candidates.

  • Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for technical roles.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum requirements:

  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • 1-2 years of IT sourcing and talent ops.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques.
  • Experienced with ATS and LinkedIn.
  • Experience scheduling and conducting screening interview.
  • Experienced creating candidate profiles or CVs in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
