IT SOURCER/RECRUITER 

Remote position available for residents in Latin American only.

We are a leading software provider of Item Chain Management solutions to consumer brand, retail, and industrial enterprises around the globe. We also provide development services and support to third-party customers across the globe. 

We are looking for an experienced IT Sourcer and Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent in the IT sector in Latam. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent sourcing skills, and a proven track record of successfully recruiting technical professionals. 

Team members must be comfortable working virtually as part of one or more customer engagements, with customers located in multiple geographies, and be willing to adjust schedules to meet the specific project's needs.

Position Location - Latam (Remote,  long-term contract, and full-time position)

Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/West Coast time zones.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to fulfill those requirements.

  • IT sourcing and recruiting across Latam countries.

  • Looking for candidates through various channels,  including online sourcing, networking, and social media, to identify and attract qualified IT candidates.

  • Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for technical roles.

  • Coordinating and scheduling screening interviews.

  • Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and fit for the position.

  • Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for the current position.

  • Creating from scratch or improving the candidate´s CV to be presented to clients.

  • Achieving monthly hiring goals.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum requirements:

  • Advanced English (spoken and written)

  • 3+ years of IT sourcing and IT recruiting across Latam Market

  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, and job boards.

  • Experienced with ATS and LinkedIn

  • Experienced in creating job descriptions

  • Experienced scheduling and conducting screening interviews

  • Experienced in creating candidate profiles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
