Saulo Xavier

Saulo Xavier has extensive work experience in the legal field. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Itautec until 2004. Saulo then joined Kimberly-Clark, where they held multiple positions, including Legal Intern, Attorney at Law specializing in labor and civil law, Senior Attorney responsible for contract management, and Legal Manager overseeing contract management and providing legal consultation for various business units. From 2013 to 2015, Saulo participated in a Program of Monitoring in Business Labor Law at FGV. In 2017, they joined M8 Pharmaceuticals, Inc as the Head of Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy Officer for Brazil and Mexico, also serving as the Legal Manager and Compliance Head for Brazil. Saulo's experience spans legal, compliance, and data privacy areas, with expertise in contract management, labor and civil law, compliance training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Saulo Xavier has a diverse education history. In 2001, they attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law. Saulo completed this program in 2006. In 2008, Saulo attended ELS Language School in Boston for an intensive English program. However, no specific degree was obtained from this institution. In 2009, they participated in an educational program on Business Labor Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas. The following year, from 2010 to 2011, Saulo pursued a Master's degree in Contracts at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Continuing with their educational pursuits, Saulo completed an International Course in International Law at The Center for American and International Law in Texas, USA, in 2014. In 2016, they engaged in an educational program on Corporate Law - Acts and Corporate Contracts at Fundação Getulio Vargas. Simultaneously, from 2016 to 2019, Saulo pursued a Master's degree in Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, specializing in the field of study of Law.
