Tales R.

Tales R. has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Tales started their career as a SAC and Pharmacovigilance intern at Ceatox - Hospital das Clínicas in 2005. Tales then worked as a Patents Trainee at Natura in 2007 and as a Patents Consultant at Veirano Advogados from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they joined EMS as a Pharmachemical Patents Coordinator for about a year. Tales then worked at Takeda as a PMO - Pipeline Projects Coordinator from 2010 to 2012 and as a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at UCB as a Project Manager - BD&L officer. Currently, they are employed at M8 Pharmaceuticals, Inc, where they have held the positions of Regulatory Affairs Sr. Manager from 2016 to 2019 and currently serves as the Head of Regulatory Affairs, Quality System and Pharmacovigilance since August 2019.

Tales R. has a diverse education history with a focus on quality and productivity, business administration, intellectual property, and pharmaceutical and biochemical sciences. In 2018 to 2020, Tales pursued a specialization in Quality and Productivity at Escola Politécnica da USP. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, Tales completed an instructor course in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy at Núcleo Soma. In 2012 to 2014, Tales obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
