Md Kamrul Hasan Khan, Ph.D. has a wealth of work experience. From 2022 to the present, He has been a Senior Researcher at MOLCURE Inc. From 2013 to 2018, He was working in several research positions including Graduate Research Assistant, Doctoral Researcher, Research Assistant, and Research Student at Kagoshima Univ. During his time at Kagoshima Univ., He used T7 bacteriophages for Phage Display Technology, constructed peptide/protein libraries with huge diversity, and screened specific binders of interest. Md Kamrul Hasan khan also attended several research training like the Construction of a phage library, identification binder using the biopanning process, ELISA, PCR analysis, Protein purification, Gel electrophoresis, Western Blotting, Phagemid vectors expression in a host cell, Electroporation, collaboration with NGS, HPLC, LC-MS, and Molecular kinetics interaction with SPR and other basic Experimental procedures used in Phage Display technology as well as molecular biology. Additionally, He worked in a teacher/ trainer position organized by Kagoshima University and the Japanese educational industry.

Md Kamrul Hasan Khan, Ph.D. has an extensive education history. Md Kamrul Hasan began his research journey studies in 2007 when he completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Microbiology from Stamford University Bangladesh. In 2013, earned their Master of Science (MS) in Biotechnology from North South University. From 2013 to 2014, he was a Research Student in Bioscience at Kagoshima University. Finally, in 2018, He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology from Kagoshima University. In his Ph.D. research, he has successfully identified peptides/ nanobodies from this research work, which can be used for purifying antibodies IgY from egg yolk. This research was published entitled “ IgY binding peptide screened from random peptide library as a ligand for IgY purification” in the Journal of Peptide Science in 2017 and achieved 23 independent citations until 2023.
