About Us

Molecular Assemblies is seeking a Marketing Associate to help launch and grow its disruptive Fully Enzymatic Synthesis (FES™) Oligo Synthesis Service business from the ground up. A successful applicant is a self-starter who is passionate about the life sciences space and is looking to grow into a future Sales or Marketing role in Life Science-Biotech industry. Responsibilities:

  • The intern will support the work of the Sales and Marketing department. Including:
    • Digital marketing - Support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives in social, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
    • Content Support –Support the creation and development of marketing materials such as promotional scientific content including webinars, publications, whitepapers etc.
    • Prospecting – Support in calling the potential customers and utilize strategic probing to identify customers and transfer to Sales Managers. Conduct market research and analyzing trends.
    • CRM Administration (Hubspot) - Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
    • Scheduling – Handle scheduling for customer onboarding and training sessions.
    • In-Person Events - Support planning of in-person events including onsite meetings, tradeshows and vendor shows.
  • · This role will report into the Senior Director.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in biology, life science or marketing/business. Postgraduate in Marketing/Management preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in planning, coordination, execution, and metrics-based analysis of multifaceted marketing programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional team.
  • Ability to speak confidently on the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven track record of productivity and task completion.
  • Exposure to a B2B selling environment will be an added advantage.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office tools - PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel & more
  • Salary Range: $58,000 - $80,000. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for this position will be based on many factors including but not limited to individual performance, location of job, experience and skills required for this role.
